Diaphragm pressure switches with micro switch (silicone-free) for monitoring gas pressures on industrial installations, for gas and air, also suitable for biologically produced methane, with hand wheel for switching point adjustment, suitable for use as special-design pressure switches, EC type-tested and certified pursuant to the Gas Appliances Directive (90/396/EEC), the Low Voltage Directive (2006/95/EC) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) in conjunction with EN 1854.

Switching ranges: 0.4 to 500 mbar.

DG..B for positive pressure,

DG..U for positive pressure, negative pressure and differential pressure,

DG..H locks off with rising pressure,

DG..N locks off with falling pressure,

DG..I for negative gas pressure.

Electrical connection: terminals with M16x1.5 cable gland or standard plug with socket.

The following versions are available:

Pressure switch with gold-plated contacts for voltages of < 24 V,
Pressure switch with pilot lamp,
Pressure switch DG..BS with diaphragm for oxygen and ammonia (not for fuel gas),
Pressure switch with external adjustmen

Diaphragm pressure switches with micro switch (silicone-free) for monitoring gas pressures on boilers, for positive pressure, for gas, also suitable for biologically produced methane, switching point set at factory, DG..VC with infinitely adjustable hand wheel to switch between natural gas and LPG, EC type-tested and certified pursuant to the Gas Appliances Directive (90/396/EEC) and the Low Voltage Directive (2006/95/EC) in conjunction with EN 1854.

Switching ranges: 2 to 360 mbar.

External thread: R 1/4 or R 1/8,
internal thread: Rp 1/4,
pressure test point, flat sealing lower sections.

Thread with sealant.

Electrical connection: AMP plug or standard socket,

with NO contact or change-over contact.

The following versions are available:

Pressure switch with gold-plated contacts for voltages of < 24 V,
DG..CT/DG..VCT: FM approved and UL listed.

Diaphragm pressure switches with micro switch (silicone-free versions available) for monitoring air pressures on air-conditioning, ventilation and extraction systems, for positive pressure, negative pressure and differential pressure, CE marking (Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC).

Switching ranges: 20 to 400 Pa.

Tube connections and hand wheel for switching point adjustment,

gold-plated multi-layer contacts for voltages between 12 and 250 V.

Electrical connection: terminals, M16x1.5 cable gland.

Available accessories:

Pilot lamps for 240 V, 110 V (green or red), LEDs for 24 V AC/DC (green or red/green),

versions with coupler plug and external adjustment are possible.
